I have searched through the rest of the forum and not found anything related to this so if this has already been addressed I apologize.

I have 10mbps internet, but after several tests it seems that my nvidia shield kodi app is only using 3mbps of my internet speed. I have configured my network numerous times and even shut off everything else using internet and run ethernet to the device with no change.

Bandwidth use is determined by the source of the data as much as any other factor.

What actions are you performing when you determined this statistic? For example are you doing updates or streaming media etc? What are your sources? What add-ons are you using?

If you provide a debug log where you can replicate the issue this might be helpful otherwise any answers would be total guess work.

if you are using any of the illegal add-ons, search the issue on their servers
