I have a PC, Amazon Fire TV, and Nvidia Shield TV on my network, and I have a separate PC with 128gb SSD boot drive, eight 2TB drives for storage, and ARC-1220 SSTS RAID controller card.
I have searched here and other guides, but I wanna set up a MySQL server on my file server PC, so all my Kodi enabled devices can share the same add ons ( and add on settings), and things like artwork/previews for TV shows and Movies. And of course, all Kodi enabled devices will be able to play back movies and TV shows off of my server (all connected via ethernet).
Can someone point me to a link to where I can set this up? My current OS on my server is Windows 7, but maybe something else would be better/faster?
