Kodi Community Forum

I downloaded Jarvis but now nothing will launch. It shows content but cannot start any shows, movies or music. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing. As a sidebar, we did just upgrade to fiber optic but don't see how that could be a problem. Have been using Kodi for months with no problems prior. Need help. I searched the forum but can't find anything about this. I don't get error messages, just no response when trying to view.

I might be jumping to conclusion but your post reads like you are using banned addons. If you bought a "fully loaded box" you are on your own and won't get any help here. Read the rules. If I'm wrong post a log.

Gather, upload and post a link to a debug log (wiki) of such a failure. Bearing in mind the entirely correct comments from @sarlan19 above.
