How do you change view type on an Android tablet?

Sometimes the menu appears, then quickly disappears, I'm not even sure how I managed to even get that far. I've tried swiping all directions, pressing and holding, 2 fingers, 3, 4 etc. Driving me mad being stuck on one view

Switch to the Re-touched skin.

So there is only one workable skin for touch?

Damn, will have to try and bug Jurial for a way to change view types using Context Menu
