Please bear with me, I'm new to all this.
I've just bought a Cyclone Android x4 box from Amazon. It has Kodi 14.2 already installed. Do I have to upgrade? If so, how? I accessed the Google Play store but the only options for Kodi is to Uninstall or Play - there's no option to Upgrade. Play is set to auto update though. I then downloaded Kodi 16 (Jarvis) via the Kodi site but when I try to install it from the download folder I get an error message saying something about the same signature already being installed. Sorry, I'm not in front of the box to exactly quote the message.
I'd be grateful for any help.
