Hi All,

I've been very happy with kodi/Isengard... It will play back just about anything I throw at it.... all except one type of mp4.

I wondered if anyone here could give me a clue as to why a mp4 encoded with get_iplayer plays back faultlessly but if you try to skip back or forth, one, two, or more seconds the image becomes blocky, freezes and sometimes locks up.

Firetv on 4.2.2 51.1.6.3 non-rooted. Using cat6 cable.

All material comes from a WD Nas drive. Only addons are iplayer, and youtube. (Had to get the "fixed" youtube as the one on offer that is no longer being updated crashes back to home screen). I think it might be something to do with api not being up to date on OS3.

I tested the same file on 15.2 Isengard on a laptop running win7 64bit and the file plays back and forth smoothly, even if i jump 5 or 10 mins.
So It must be something related to the firetv.

All files at 720p look the same as this: but SD material shows exactly the same problem.
