In Kodi 16.0, IPTV stream often get "fast forwarded periodically". I watch live TV, and then suddenly it rushes ahead like 5-10 seconds. Then its ok for a while and then randomly rushes ahead again.

What can be the problem?
(This problem is not present in SPMC 14.2)
