How long does it usually take for it to appear in the repo and auto update?

Once it gets reviewed it will be pulled in. Usually gets reviewed in a few days, but it can vary due to reviewers availability.

Has there been any movement on getting the updated addon into the official repo?

Highlights don't work. I get errors:

Not yet, you can get the latest version from the github repo https://github.com/eracknaphobia/plugin..../releases/

Please use github to report future issues and tracking fixes. This one has been reported.

Highlights should now be fixed as of version 2024.8.6+matrix.1

The highlight start playing but then it locks up Kodi after 4 seconds.

With the NYY v LAA game today it was a double header, the 2nd game only had highlights as an option to select. I checked on MLB app and could access both games that way.

Usually, it takes a few days depending on the moderator review.

When I joined that game late, I could only get Spanish audio. Yes, I do know how to change audio stream.

I think that was broadcast error as it was english and then changed to spanish for an innings then changed back to english
