Update 2016.4.7 Released
- Replaced Highlights option with Recap (~3 min) and Condensed (~15 min) options for archive games
- The date menu item can now be selected in order to watch the entire days recaps or condensed clips
- Reversed stream quality selection dialog so better streams are on top
- Fixed blackout message not displaying bug
- Greatly reduced the size of the plugin string
Is there any way that you can fix buffering?

I am getting over 2 dozen buffering incidents per game and about as many where it breaks up/pixelates.

I seem to recall previous mlb add ons had similar issues which were fixed by increasing the buffer size. I don't know if that is possible
with this add on or not.

Does not seem to be related to my connection speed as other stuff is good, could be related to MLB ironing out the annual bugs.

Thanks!
Tho Old Plugin was external application in the RAM or on the Disk with Buffer Size up to 128 MB.

In the Game List (not main button with all games) conseded and recap are inverted.

I'm still giving this addon a try, because the older one "mlbmc" doesn't work anymore on my device... :-(
But I also can't get to work mlb.tv...
Here's the log, I hope so much it helps...:

Looks like you are using an old version of Kodi and the Python Image Library (PIL or modern Pillow) is missing. Might want to try to upgrade to Jarvis or look at the instructions here to install the missing dependency

Thanks for replying!!
It looks like my Boxee Box doesn't work with newer kodi versions than 14.2...
I'll try to install the missing dependency...

BtW have you got the zip files, which I can store on my PC, if a Update has a malfunction?
Kodi has a roll back feature that works quite well. Otherwise they're all stored in the repo:

I know about the restore function. I use this Option at the moment for youtube.

But with MLB.tv and NHL.tv i can't select the point.
What's the last version to work with OpenELEC and does it work with OpenVPN?

(2016-04-06, 20:26)wbilger Wrote: [ -> ]Just wondering if anyone has this app working on OpenELEC? If so, what did you do?
It works fine for me on Windows Kodi, but it won't work on OpenELEC on RPI2 or x64.
Both give the same error, see post #205, don't want to post it again as it's long.
I have a little more info, it seems I can view any of the highlights from archived games, but not any live games, I get the error as in post#205, don't know if this helps.
I'm running Openelec 7.0 Beta 1, with Kodi 16.1 RC2 and don't have any problems watching live (buffers occasionally) or archived games. The only hiccup I experienced was when I first set it up, I couldn't access live games (would do nothing first time clicking, and give me an error the second time trying). I was able to access highlights. Only thing I did was logout (from the add-on settings) and then log back in and it worked.
Hi All,

I'm running Kodi 14.2 on an OUYA. I have the most current version of the addon. I have an mlb.tv account with the credentials inputed, but the live radio broadcast and live video broadcast don't work for me. I've tried the log out and restart, lower resolution settings, reinstalling the addon, and reconfiguring Kodi, but can't seem to stream live.

Can anyone provide some help please?

Thank you,
