I was having some buffering early in the game tying to use the 5000 kbps (720p 60fps) feed and had to back off to 1800 kbps but it seems fine now at 5000 kbps. This postseason that's been happening every 3 or 4 games, the rest of the time it's been working great and looking great at maximum resolution.
I had 3 buffer incidents so far at 720. Not bad at all.
I don't believe this.. All of the sudden, it's completely unwatchable today.

At all qualities? It is 1000% fine here. The NCLS was without issue @5000k quality for the first two hours (played live).
I set in back to 2500k after two hours because the first two hours at 5000k used up 5GB of data and I'm up against my data limit.
Never doubt the power of the Billy Goat Curse!
I watched the ACLS and NCLS at 5000k with no buffering or play back issues at all. Problem must be on the users end.

...or somewhere in between the user and the origin point.
There are so many factors that can lead to buffering. Like the common cold, we may never be able to eradicate it.

It was my understanding that the playoffs weren't available through the service. I almost signed up for the end of the season tryout at the reduced cost. If this is not so then I am excited to know that for next season.

Subscribers who are outside of the US are able to access all of the postseason games. Subscribers who are inside the US are able to access at least some of the postseason games but apparently need to enter the username and password corresponding to their Cable TV account (so if you're not paying for a cable TV subscription you can't use the service). I'm outside of the US so I don't have firsthand experience with how to access the feeds domestically.

I believe the issue was at least partially with my isp. Was probably the first time this year that MLB.tv was completely unwatchable at any resolution.
It seemed to straighten out Tuesday night. Last night was also pretty good but I've had some of the same poor performance this morning.
Doesn't seem to matter whether I'm on ethernet or wireless...
I just installed the Eracknaphobia Repo looking for the mlb.tv add on and it's not there. Can someone point me to where I can now find it?

It's in there. First you go to "System" "Install From Zip File" to install the Eracknaphobia repository. Then you go to "System" "Install from Repository", select the Eracknaphobia Repository, select "Video Add-Ons" and then select the MLBTV addon.
I did that. I'm in repo looking at list of "Video Add-Ons" and there is AMA Pro Racing, Beer Geeks, Livestream, March Madness Live, NBC Sports and NHL.tv but no MLB.tv listed.
