Not struggling to that degree. I'm in Thailand and until the 5th inning it was working great at the 5000kbps (720p 60fps) setting but then I started to run into buffering and had to back down to 1800 kbps (which still looks OK and isn't buffering).
Never been able to run that high...reset router and it seems ok at 1200. Has crashed once though.
What does it mean when the add on stops and goes back to kodi menu? Would that be a buffering issue or an addon related issue or a kodi thing? This seems to be the only add on that does it. Am just curious.
Thanks.
eracknaphobia, thank you for a great season, and making a very flawed product a lot more enjoyable than I thought it could be.

Most likely it is an internet issue. If the stream can't continue to play (buffering) it will just kick you back to the menu. Once a video is playing, the add-on is actually not running anymore. Therefore, it would rule out an add-on issue.
Working fine now.
eracknaphobia, I love this add-on, its quality far surpasses what I'm able to get on either Android or Windows with MLBTV's official viewing software. I do have one request (though I'm not actually sure if it's possible for a 3rd party to implement it in Kodi). When watching games on a PC in a browser it's possible to jump directly to the beginning of an already completed half-inning by clicking on that half-inning in the line score. Would it it be possible to add that functionality to the Kodi add-on?

If you're talking about a live games, no. Starting live games from the beginning has been a long time request for both my NHL & MLB addons. I've searched and searched but I haven't had any way to do this as of yet.

If you're talking about archived games, maybe. I would imagine with the right information it may be possibly to set bookmarks to the top or bottom of a given inning.
Hi everyone, I just installed the MLB TV add on today. I was able to log in and reach the main menu page showing all the games. However when I selected a game to watch, kodi force closes every time. Any ideas on what causes this and how I can fix it? I am using a chromebook.

Live the add on, just got a new box and setting it up. Added your add on and it will not run. Just gives me an error.

Everything is working beautifully. Hope it holds up into the regular season.

Looks like you're using Kodi v17.0; others on this forum have reported that the add-on only works through v16.1.
Appreciate the response. Any time frame or possibility of a release for Kodi 17?
