What does it mean to "change the stream type?"
I can't get any games to load with new update had to revert back to 3.27. Checking the log I'm getting the demuxer error with the new update but not with the older 3.27.

i had the demuxer error with 3.27 as well, so it's not related just to the new version.
i wish erack could let us know if he had any idea what's causing that and/or how to fix it...
I have it working on SPMC which is Jarvis, works 100% and better than on Kodi Krypton, which takes forever to load the stream, SPMC loads the stream instantly and no more crappy repeating commercial bug. I would uninstall old version first then install this zip I uploaded, if it doesn't work try deleting the "plugin video mlbtv" folder from the user data/ addon data folder then reinstall over again, and reinput your login data.
I actually had the new 4.2 working on Kodi Kryton on my nvidia shield but my nexus player was giving the demuxer error but this fix works fie on both my shield and nexus player using the latest spmc.

There are some differences between jarvis and spmc, spmc was developed for android boxes. Not sure what you are using jarvis on but if its an android box you could always give spmc a try.
I do not use Apk I use my laptop ,Its the way I have always went. Can't afford a shield.

Why not just update to krypton, latest 4.2 is working fine on my laptop.
this file worked on latest kodi version on my android phone. what exactly did you change to make it work?

I just changed the python version from 2.25.0 to 2.1.0 in the addon.xml file.
The best way to edit the zip is to use 7zip, you can edit and change anything w/o unzipping, makes it simple.

eracknaphobia can you make this change in the repo version? i can confirm it has fixed the demuxer error for me...can anyone else test and confirm?

sask3m was this based on the latest version or still 3.27?
This is the 4.2 latest update. You can tell if the commercial loop is gone then its the latest.
Not sure why its working for kryton it was supposed to fix spmc / jarvis.
