If all works the same as in the past, you will need at least mlb.com credentials to watch the free game of the day, and you will need MLB.tv credentials to watch the rest.
Pittsburg @ Yankees is in 60FPS today with this addon!
Seems all the live streams are 60fps now.
Yes, it looks like the majority of them are 60fps. They look amazing! Thanks again erack!
I was hoping they weren't going to wait until the start of the season to begin 60fps.... maybe they learned a little from watching the NHL's mid-season SNAFU.
Once again, Thanks for all the work you've put into this.
+1. 60 FPS looks amazing. Thanks a lot for your work with the addon. Donation sent.
I'm new to Kodi. I tied to use MLB.tv app on Amazon Fire TV with Unlocator, but it wasn't working tonight. I added this app to a sideloaded KODI on the AFTV and it works, great picture, but studders or buffers very bad, can't really watch the game. Any suggestions for things I should adjust? I'm on Google Fiber and the MLB.tv app worked great on my phone, I have a new subscription with MLB. This is a brand new AFTV 4k with wired connection to the Google router. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried it without Unlocator? You should be able to watch non-live games no matter your location, so try a game from yesterday and see if it still stutters on you.

Update was released yesterday for amazon tv. Just going to add that my nexus player app received an update as well but it's still only 30fps. Thank god for eracnaphobia.
I put in my account info which works perfectly and it does not work with your addon? It give you choice what to watch then you hit it and nothing happens? Confused?
your login info needs to be your email address
I logged out and now it works! But now the Mlbmc addon errors out?

DNS Server is entered at the router level and does not appear to affect speeds at all. I took it off with no affect.

I'm not sure what this means (just too new to this whole thing), I used the 3.24 version of the kodi add-on. I do agree that this app is a life saver. I was banking on using the native amazon MLB app and that didn't work for whatever reason, so this really saves the day and season really.
I installed this on 2 more AFTVs tonight, an older box (wired thru a switch) and also a stick (5ghz wi-fi). Yesterdays game played good on both of them, all have the same settings. The new 4k box still had problems - weird very short pauses followed by faster motion playback, very odd to watch. I figured out how to look at the stream quality settings and all three devices are at 4500. I turned the new 4k device to "Best Available" and it seemed to clear it up. FYI, I've also adjusted the video cache network settings with the Easy Advanced Settings add-on. Not sure if that helped, but changed the cache memory buffer size per the 1gb example on the Kodi Wiki how-to page. All the devices are set this way now.
I will be donating for this app!! I hope it goes smoothly on Sunday night when they raise the WS banner

Well it didn't end up fixing anything on the AFTV 4k box, playback is not watchable. BUT, the fire stick on the kitchen TV is amazing, very clear HD picture, playback is smooth as silk from the very start, fast-forwards well, really works slick, and this is over wi-fi. I'm stumped on the new amazon box, don't know what to do. Its got a wired connection right to the Google Fiber router. I did a "fresh start" on Kodi, reinstalled everything, same result. I factory reset the amazon box, started completely over, same result. From what I can tell, both devices are set up the exact same. This is confusing me....
....Unplugged the wire, connected to wi-fi, problem solved. Excellent picture. This is better than my previous cable picture. A+++ on the app, thanks again!! You have a donation waiting for you

Kodi and Android has been a little funky with certain devices.... try SPMC and see if you get the same results.
