Hi all

Any one knows how can i separate the movie library or create a different one in Kodi?

I have an PC with windows installed, running kodi application, and i have two sources that feeding my library.

One, is local (local disk), with animation movies to my little daughter and the other one is for me with normal movies (remote disk).

I would like to separates them, one library with only anime movies/ should shows only anime movies and other one with rest of my movies / should shows only other movies, it is possible to setup this configuration in Kodi app?

At the moment i have one library with all movies mixed

Create 2 smart playlist. Set rules to

Path starts with

Then add those playlist to your main menu.

Or Install a portable kodi for your little one then it dosent matter what settings get changed.

Originally 'profiles', allowed different set-ups for various members of a family, you might investigate that.
