Note this is a new setup and my first encounter with this PVR, I installed the latest KODI V17 milhouse build on the Pi3 and also the TVHEADEND PVR Backend.
The tuner is an USB Anysee E30.
Using the latest build from milhouse on my Pi3 i am getting the [e=Invalid argument] error. Strange because this should be fixed: https://tvheadend.org/issues/2807
Any help appreciated.
