Full Version: easy way to edit playlists/where are my playlists stored?

I use Openelec and Chorus 2 as webinterface.

I have a very long playlist and would like to edit it. But I can only remove songs one by one. Is there a way to select multiple songs and remove them all at once?

And where are the playlists stored? I suppose I could edit them manually. But I cannot find them. I looked under "storage/.kodi/userdata/playlists/music" but that folder is empty.

Any ideas?
I can view my playlists on my computer (I use chorus 2 as a webinterface), but I cannot load them in Kodi.

I can see all the songs in the playlist, but when I select 'play in Kodi' from the dropdown menu, nothing happens. The Kodi playlist stays empty. I can select play local, then the playlist loads in local. But I want it to play in Kodi of course.

Anybody know how playlist are named, and what their extension is? So I can search where they are more effectfully?

This is what I see in my browser http://192.168.1.3/addons/webinterface.kodi/#playlist/5

Any help would be much appreciated...

If you want to move your playlists somewhere, add this to the advancedsettings.xml http://kodi.wiki/view/MySQL/Sync_other_p...#Playlists

Cheers!
Hi Wyild1,

Thanks, but my problem is not that I want to move my playlists. My problem is that I would like to find them.

I have no idea where they are. "/storage/.kodi/userdata/playlists/music" is empty (movies and mixed are empty too).

So where are my playlists? How can I find them?

I can see them in my browser. But I cannot load them in Kodi. If I select a playlist in my browser and choose 'play in Kodi', I get an empty playlist...

Very annoying...
