I'm not sure how helpful this information is but I occasionally get Kodi crashing using simple functions like "back" on the remote. Sometimes this will cause Kodi to freeze and I then have to power out of kodi back to the FTV homescreen using (firestarter). I am using the 1st Generation FTV and I am running Jarvis 16.0. I set the box for debugging and uploaded the logs to [http://xbmclogs.com/psllgbj1g] but when I try to retrieve them I get the error that "This Page Does Not Exist." Any other suggestions for retrieving the logs for additional support? Thanks, and again, I apologize for the lack of information.
