I finally got my new Sony TV (X8505C) and I'm happy that I can run kodi on it.

Now I have two little Questions.

1. where do I have to put the advancedsettings.xml? It's just for using an existing MySQL Database, no further settings.

2. I don't get DTS/AC-3 via ARC working. Sound is fine, but just Stereo. Did I miss any Settings?
TV is set to Auto1 for Digital Audio and Sources like Netflix or Media via DLNA are just playing DTS/AC-3 in 5.1 on my AVR, but Kodi just gives me Stereo.
I've tried to enable Passthrough and DTS/DD capable receiver, but in any case i get just Stereo instead of Multichannel DTS/DD

1: Set the to Audio 2
2: Install SPMC - it's optimized for Android
3: ( from the SPMC Thread)

Adjust display reflesh rate = Off
Sync playback to display = Off
Audio output device = Android, RAW Passthrough
Passthrough output device = Android, RAW Passthrough
Number of channels = 7.1 (je nach System auch 5.1)
Output configuration = Best match
Stereo upmix = Off
Dolby Digital (AC3) capable receiver = On
Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC3) capable receiver = On
DTS capable receiver = On
TrueHD capable receiver = On
DTS-HD capable receiver = On
