This last build seemed to have a positive effect on streaming video. I use IPTV to stream one channel not offered in my area. Usually I have one or two dropouts per hour. It could be coincidence but no dropouts now.

1.) There is no focus on any item when entering a video addon like Youtube. It requires a directional press fora tile to become focused

2.) Autocomplete keyboard refreshes after every keystroke making searching youtube really slow

I've tried every build since 0507 hoping that one would fix the issues because after 0508 the splash screen plays in its entirety which I like but the two problems persist. I don't have the know how to problem solve these issues but just thought I'd report.

Thanks for confirming #0508 is the first build with this issue - this points pretty strongly towards it being another PR9778-related issue. There is ongoing debate how best to resolve these issues.
Thanks Milhouse and Popcornmix.
Thanks for your fantastic work, guys, I can finally use Amazon Video with Kodi again. Donation is on its way Smile

Latest build installed on Pi 3....

When you select "Weather" from the Home Window menu and then you see the forecast, on the top right there is a "Settings" icon. Is that meant to work and take you to the settings menu of the provider you have chosen....? For me none of those buttons work. I use the OpenWeatherMap Extended service, as a provider.
Default Estuary skin applied.

Thanks.

BTW It is nice to see better integration of the LibreElec settings menu within the Estuary skin. But is there anyway of resolving the truncated / squashed text when you read the "about" screen...? Always been like that in OpenElec as well, but fixed if using the Estuary Mod skin.

Unless this is a regression that has appeared in a recent build, then it's probably a skin issue best reported here.
....ah thanks for that. I didn't think of reporting what seems to be a skin issue there.
Hi, For the last couple of updates I am having problems with the seek in films.
If I use the mouse on the time scale bar, to select say 10 minutes into a film, it almost always goes to about half way through the film, I can't find any logic to how it's working, but there is basically no control and it definately isn't working like it used to.
Ok, found it's because I'm using Confluence, I've now changed to Estury.
Regards, Kevin.

Just with the mouse? Does step forward/back (cursor up/down) work?

Just with the mouse? Does step forward/back (cursor up/down) work?

Hi, Good point, just tried it, cursor up/down step forward/back 10 minutes at a time, so only the mouse then.

The latest update fixes the second issue (autocomplete keyboard refreshing). Still no focus upon entering a video addon. Close enough for me Smile

edit: Autocomplete seems better but is actually still slow to load results, it just looks better at first because the loading circle doesn't come up after every press. Also when you actually search for something it just kicks you out into the video addons menu. Back to 0507
