I am playing various 4 K files on my Nvidia Shield and have a few which do not play well at all. These are the files which display dc:ff-h264 when pressing "o" on my keyboard.

Why does this happen and is there anyway that I can force them all to use dc:amc-h264?

Normal, if so. No h/w decoders support hi10p.
