I have a jailbroken amazon fire stick and my dad accidentally cleared the data instead of the cache. Now it's saying there's no add-ons or the avengers picture that's usually in the background when you open the app. What should I do ( sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum)

I'd start by looking at all the fantastic legal add-ons that are available in the official Kodi repository.

By the way, there is no such thing as a "jailbroken" amazon fire stick so if you paid more than the normal price for it then you were conned.
