I hope this is the right forum to ask this question.

I bought my Firestick back in March from a dealer on eBay. I've enjoyed it a great deal but just this week it has quit connecting to my WiFi in my home.

Now even when I go through the log-in to my home network I get a menu of two choices asking me to log into my provider account or into my Amazon Account.

I never set up an Amazon Account. I've just used the Kodi and the free apps that I could find.

I cannot noodle out how to get this thing to connect again. Any help is and will be greatly appreciated.

Contact the person who sold you the stick. The stick must be connected to an Amazon account for you to be able to use it.
Alternatively just sign in with your personal Amazon account. The previous apps and settings should be retained.
