This problem really drives me crazy.

I have a wireless router with 3 boxes connected:
1. Win1 - by air, 5 GHz, 802.11ac, Windows 10.
2. Win2 - cable, Windows 10.
3. Lin1, Dell Chromebox, OpenELEC/LibreELEC - cable, Linux.

Large files (15GB+) are copied from one box to another via samba.
The speeds of transfers are as follows:
1. Win1 - Win2 and vice versa - 60-70 MB/s.
2. Win2 - Lin1 and vice versa - 80-105 MB/s (there is no SSD, the speed is obviously limited by the disks).
3. Win1 - Lin1 and vice versa - 17-20 MB/s.

If I connect Win1 to the cable network, the speed of copying to/from Lin1 becomes normal, ie, 80-105 MB/s.
There's really no Wi-Fi problems, 60-70 MB/s is a usual working speed in this wireless network.

And the question is:
What is the speed limit in the third case?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts because I've run out of own ideas.
