I am facing once again the problem with the updates. I just can't update to any build (actually I'd like to update to 1560 build), it only worked with 1028, but now I'm stuck on it. When I try to update the loading bar is stuck on Signature Verification at about 25-30%... My update files have not 2 .zip (aka inception problem). Any idea why ?

3300kb/s 1080p 10 bit HEVC videos stutter on my Mi Box. The colour also looks weird.
Is this normal or is there something that I can do to fix it?
I use SPMC and the videos are on a hard disk connected to the Mi Box via usb.

Hi there, just a quick question in case someone can help. I just installed a new mi box 3 4k with KODI on my second tv but i'm unable to hear audio that is encoded in DTS-HD MA. I can play TrueHD, DTS and almost everything i tried, but no sound when the file's audio stream is encoded in DTS-HD MA. Is this normal? (My receiver fully supports it because i was able to play those files with the mini pc i had before the mi box 3)

Of course if i disable DTS-HD passthrough support and let KODI do the decode, everything works fine but i prefer to let my receiver do that job...

Hey if you didn't figure out why you weren't getting hd audio passthrough go and check that HDMI Adaptive something or other under Playback settings is turned off. I spent days hunting this down...

Xiaomi says this remote is Bluetooth + IR, but I could not find more details anywhere. I am wondering if I can use this remote to send out IR commands for power on/off and for volume. Any way to program the codes? Or does it actually only do bluetooth?

Oreo running on mi box was shown on MWC and Mi TV is going to be released in India this Wednesday.
