Hello,
my KODI android box is connected to QNAP NAS via NFS.

QNAP generate video thumbnails and place them in ".@__thumb" folder in every folder where is some video. So every movie folder has /.@__thumb/ subfolder with short .mp4 videofile.

And what bad is, Kodi adds this short video files in library. Confused

Is there some settings for ignore folders by name? Or files by size? On nonROOTed android 4.4

The answer should be somewhere in this wiki page.
It should be just a case of getting the expression right to exclude, and sticking that in an advancedsettings.xml.
