Ok, try this:
1. Open the dmg and drag adbLink app to your desktop
2. Open terminal
3. paste this into terminal: open -a ~/Desktop/adbLink.app
Note any error messages.

Tried that , get the pop up "adblink is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to Bin. "

No idea whats occurring here. I just downloaded both dmg files, they opened w/o error and both programs work fine.

M1 Beta: You may get an error message when opening these apps saying they are damaged and should be deleted. Fix this with the terminal command: "xattr -cr /path/to/adbLink.app". No idea why Mac is marking these apps as damaged. Investigating ...

uniform for all architectures.
Terminal selection expanded.
Preferences now allows you to
choose Windows Terminal or
Command Prompt for Windows,
Terminal or iTerm for macOS,
and Gnome Terminal, KDE Console
or XFCE4 Terminal for Linux.
Initial support for Intel ChromeOS.
Tested with ChromeOS Flex.

Just updated from 5.0 to 5.1 on a Windows 10 PC and I can no longer connect to my device via USB.
5.0 connected fine then asked if I wanted to update to 5.1. I said yes and downloaded/installed it and now no USB connection.
Reverted to 5.0 and USB connection works again.
