I installed Kodi on my laptop (windows 10) and it was working fine somehow it kicked me off and I can't get it back up. So I tried to uninstall it and install it again and it installed but no icon (video pic sys ect...) are showing on the screen. HELP PLEASE
I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall Kodi completely.
1- From Control Panel/ Programs and features, locate Kodi, right click/ uninstall.
2- To make sure it's all gone see if there is anything left in:

WinKey +R (or start/Run) %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\Kodi (enter)
Delete anything there.
3- Again:

WinKey +R (or start/Run) %appdata%\Kodi\ (enter)
Delete anything there as well.
4- Download Kodi from official site
