I am new to the coding experience with Kodi. I'm looking to add a movie file to the movie Library but instead of it streaming having it open a link to a URL in a browser or an app (android or windows) currently if I could open it as a web browser page I could tell it what app to open it on my Android device. But if there was an easier way to code it to always open in a certain app if its installed that would be better. Just to make myself clear I'm not looking to stream illegal content but only legal content which I have paid for or pay for a subscription.
