Hello Folks,

I´m new to Kodi and very ecited.
I have an Android Box and basicly i want to watch Greek free TV / German Free TV / German SKY
So far, so good.
But only on a few programs i am able to see the EPG.

I enabled IPTV Simple Client and have added the m3u list in "Play List URL"--> "General" tab (Live TV works ok so far)


at EPG Settings i have located the local folder for Rytec, wich i have also installed and enabled. "merged" file is selected in my case!


In Rytec:
"Settings" looks something like this (in my Rytec download folder i have about 5-6 Files, one of them is called "merged" and this file is selected in Simple Client as mentioned)


In the tab "XMLTV" i have selectes the EPGs i want to see (Greek, Greek in Englich Charachters, German...)
These are only example pictures !!!



Have i done something wrong?
I mean, for a few programs i see some EPG. But not for all or even most of them.

Any clues?

You need to edit your m3u list to match the epg id (tvg-id value in my example) in the epg file

Did you have the rytec epg working before ?

I have used the rytec epg for a couple of years with no problems until about a week ago, it's downloading the file correctly but not importing it into simple client. I have tried most things, un-install re-install etc. on two different machines. Any ideas ?
