I have downloaded the kodi jarvis app on my windows 7 computer but when I open it an error pops up saying Cant create a GUI. exiting want to find out how to fix this.

Post a debug log (wiki) it will tell us whats missing. Also moves to the correct (windows support) forum...

I would guess you have something open that's using your GFX hardware but only way to tell is as posted above with a debug log.
