I recently downloaded Kodi 16.1 to my Mygica 1800e following instructions from the internet. The installation appears to have worked. However, when I attempt to view a movie or old TV series all I get is a notice "one or more items failed to play. Check log for more information about this message". I am a septuagenarian and really not tech savvy and need help. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Not sure what kind of content you are trying to watch. Kodi doesn't come with any. Are you streaming? If so, Which addon are you trying to use? Before answering that one, be aware of the banned addons here.
