I have sold my Amazon Fire 4k Tv Box, how do I set it back up without using my login and card details is they a way around that?

You ask those that sold it to you. Kodi does not sell any boxes. In doubt: return it.
Amazon Fire TVs do not work without a valid Amazon account. There is no way around that.
Reset the player back to factory default and login your amazon account with your browser go to "Your Apps and Devices" and "Deregister Device".
Go to "Manage Your Content and Devices" and "Deregister".
That is what I did when I sold my 2 players.
