Is the source for Estuary available?

For some reason I can never get the xbt extractor to work.

I'm just simply trying to figure out what method/images were used to created the blurred/faded background. I have a created a similar effect myself that works fine for what I am doing, but was just curious for learning experience how the effect was achieved with estuary.

(Assuming it's an overlay plus maybe some effects on the Fanart texture)

Seriously why do you need to extract the xbt while everything is out in the open?

Where is it out in the open? If there is a github source for the graphics I have't been able to find it. I am just trying to see what kind of overlay image is used for the effect.

Same place as Kodi and since it's the default skin it's also there
