OSX Version - 10.11.6
Platform - MacBook
Install Method - dmg
Version of Kodi - kodi-16.1-Jarvis-x86_64.dmg
Detailed Instructions to Reproduce the Problem
I installed Kodi.
All my media is kept in a Hard Drive attached to a TP Link Router, which is a UPnP system. Model no. TP-Link B91C5A.
Went on to add the movies following this article. http://kodi.wiki/view/Quick_start_guide#...he_library
Added the “Movies” folder. However, I didn’t get the options to Set Content (Step 6 , 7 & 8).
I don’t see any folder art in my home screen. I do have the Movies folder added though and I also see the sub-directories.

Just to have a comparison. I do have Plex installed in my Mac and it works just fine with all the metadata for the movies, music and tv series, using the same datasource. I'd love to get this worked out in Kodi. That'd mean I won't have to run a (Plex) server ever.
