There is the bug on the kodi with android when I press video file than I go on player there is no that sound there is the bug can you fix that please or you allready know

No Debug Log no issue nothing to fix :-)

It was just to warn you that no help is provided for issues with these banned add-ons or for any issues inside Kodi as long as these add-ons are installed

You won't be banned, but @Gracus is correct that we offer no support for installs contaminated by banned add-ons (wiki).

So if you want help here your system needs to be cleaned up and a new debug log (wiki) uploaded to PasteBin and it's link posted here.

Try disabling passthrough under audio.
