Hello, I created Silesian on-screen keyboard for Kodi and have no idea where to submit it. Do I have to submit it as a patch? To be honest I can figure out XML but anything else is like a closed book to me. 
I would really appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction. Here's the silesian.xml, if anything.
