I have two PVR's enabled (NPVR and IPTV) in LibreELEC Jarvis 16.1 on my RPi. I use the channel manager in settings to put my channels for Live TV in the order I want them in. If I reboot the Pi, the channels stay in the order that I set them, but if Kodi crashes or if Kodi isn't shut down properly (ex. power outage from a storm), then the next time Kodi starts, the channels are in a random order.
Is there anything that I can do to prevent this from happening? Is there a file that I can lock down with Read Only access so that it can't be overwritten once I have the channels in the order that I want (or at least something that I can have a backup of so I can overwrite it when things get messed up)?
