If it's this one http://demo-uhd3d.com/fiche.php?cat=uhd&id=50 which is h265 4K 10 bit, I'm not surprised. The decoding would be in software atm which means your CPU would be heavily challenged put that together with a transport stream and potential sub channels and you run into issues. Consider an NKV conversion or reduction to 8 bit and see how that stands.
