octoshape://streams.octoshape.net/gt/live/saharaaalami/abr
Please guys any help much appreciated.
The first one doesn't exist (400 error) and the second one is access denied (if you try opening them in a browser anyway).
Where did you get those links from? If they are random ones plucked from the internet then you may find they are either subscription only or are expired, possibly due to having been shared in the first place. Many internet-sourced URLs are one or the other, as they tend to relate to pirated illegal source materials which we do not support here anyway.
This thread is also in the wrong place (nothing to do with add-on development), so I'll move it to the live TV and PVR section as that's probably closest.
I must say I had never heard of octoshape before today. Kodi doesn't seem to support it, but I'd say it might be a candidate for an inputstream plugin.
Thank you for the replies guys. Those are actual urls from website, so seems like access denied might need credentials and subscription for those channels. Is there any work around in order to watch second url?

I have never heard about Octoshape before either. Quick google search found this:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Octoshape
"
Octoshape is a closed-source streaming media server and client which uses peer-to-peer grid technology."
Unless there already is an open source version of the client you would either have to reverse engineer the protocol(s) to make an PVR client for Kodi, or make a middleware PVR backend similar to ServerWMC that converts to stream
http://kodi.wiki/view/ServerWMC
And you would also have to get approval from Octoshape/Akamai to use Kodi as a client, otherwise you violate their TOU:

Don't ask for workarounds for protected content.
