My Kodi box is currently on version 14.2. I tried to upgrade to Jarvis bit it won't download. It shows that there are two downloads bit they aren't working. I have tried everything and don't know what to do.

Which box is it?

How are you trying to download, using the Google Play Store or some other means (sideloading an apk for example)?

What do you mean by two downloads?
