Before you ask, this is legitimate HLS video from NHL Game Center Live addon.
Kodi 17 on android has a major problem with HLS video, i've tested various sources including NHL Game Center live which is the one i'll show here. Streaming via other methods eg RTMP works perfect, via HLS at same bandwidth is bad. I'm running the latest nightly but i've also reproduced the same issue in Beta5.
Using software mode is a little better, but not great.
It also repeats the first 2-3 seconds of the stream twice, even though this bug was closed as fixed several weeks ago and i'm running the latest build.
