Kodi Community Forum

Hello,
I have kodi running on a laptop that is connected to a TV (laptop's lid is shut with the system still running). It is setup to display a slideshow from a network share and it seems like roughly once a week kodi just black screens and i have to turn off kodi in task manager and restart it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? could it be that it just decides to black screen when it has displayed all the images?

Did you find a solution?
The images are black only if they are in remote and if they are local work.
Excuse me can you help me to add a folder via the network path using the http protocol ??
