Hello there,
so I am pretty new with Kodi, and I am not sure at all that this is the right section.
Anyway, I have just installed OSMC on my old Raspberry P 1, and Kodi on my Windows 10 PC and also on my Android tablet.
The hard disk with all my video files is plugged in the Rasp USB port
My question is: is it possible to start seeing a video on the Rasp,stop the video, and resume it on another device (tablet for example) ?

If yes... is there any guide on how to do it?

If you'll install the Samba (SMB) Server from the MyOSMC app store and then reboot, you should see OSMC as a network location in your File Explorer.
