Hello,

I am using Kodi 16.1 on my FireTV.
It has worked flawleslly for the past two years but since yesterday I wouldn't boot. I have to clear cache+data in order for it to boot.

After doing this I had to configure everything from scratch. There is one problem since I configured everything, when I try to download a subtitle I get "failed to download subtitle".

Any idea why?

I have a tv box and I installed Kodi 17.6. 
Cannot download subtitle for any movie.
I sign with my account in subtitle.org but I receive all the time "failed to download subtitle"
I searched solutions on internet but nothing help me!
