Hello, I bought a M8S Android TV Box just over a month ago, and this morning I turned it on and boot up screen appears for about a minute. I have not actually timed how long ). After that the logo in picture on starts to ( hard to explain ) disappear in little chunks. The logo goes into this little box shaped pixels and then they start disappearing on the screen until they are all gone and the screen is blank. At that point nothing else happens. It never goes to the menu screen.

I tried the factory reset ( unplug and held reset button ( sound jack ) for 10 seconds and plugged the unit back in ( holding and un-holding reset button )

I wanted to ad pictures of the screen, but the thread won't allow me.

Can I get some direction on what is wrong and how I can correct the issue?

This is not a Kodi issue it sounds it is a problem with your device.

I would suggest asking in a dedicated Android forum or the manufacturer's website.
