Im unable to moving subitles up/down to place them at the picture frame bottom. Some 2:35 movies are encoded as 16:9 with black bars at top/bottom, and subtitles shows at the black bottom bar. Im willing to adjust subtitles a little up, so they're displayed just at the bottom of the picture frame (the 2:35 frame).
Any ideas?
Is this a new issue? When did it start? Maybe Estuary sync pt1 or pt2 changed something?
How is it supposed to achieve this? I mean,displacing the subtitles up/down on the screen?
Sorry, I thought you were reporting a new issue. Have you tried the different settings (Player > Language > Subtitle position on screen )? If you're just not happy with current functionally/behaviour and want the ability to adjust subtitle position up or down then start a Feature Request thread. If the behaviour has changed since previous builds then post in the Estuary Bug Reports thread. Posting screenshots that demonstrate your problem might help.
hello popcornmix and milhouse,
have a question about RPi2 / RPi3
With my Pi2 i have absolut no problems to play mtv.de or youtube video-addons - can play more tha 40 files without audio-dropout.
(over passtrough Hdmi->HDMI Switch -> optical to AVReceiver - Hdmi to TV)
Al my Devices like Topfield-Sat-Receiver and BlueRayPlayer plays perfect over this "adding-hardware".
So,
i've testet over a long time my Pi3 and this audio dropout appears with Milhouse-builds 8 & 9, testbuilt for testbuild...and sometimes i've make a little post over this problem.
Always i have to reset my hdmi switch if dropout (no sound / no pcm@receiver)
... curiously appears "pcm"in front of my receiver display, iff pi3 have ready booted, but first song plays - there is nothing more - in opposition to the pi2.
I think this is not a addon problem.
Is the Hardware pi3 so different to Pi2?
Is her a little software-problem ?
Have i to put this device into Trash?
Some other user same probs like me with pi3?
Thanks for your answers
(no overclocking and standart settings on a fresh formatted sd-card)

To determine whether it s.software or hardware, would be a swap of the SD card between the PI's the easiest way or Doldi?

Aux_ you'r my King! :-)
Ok - Samsung - pahh! Never again! Many times spend for this
Think it's better there is no batteries inside this f****ing parts ;-)
Have purchased two pieces from 32_EVO for RPi2 & 3, to the same time.
My Rpi 3 plays now perfect with the sd-card from the working RPi2.
Playing 30 MTV.de Songs without any audio dropout.
...last question
Have i to chance this settings on sd now for RPi3 ?, i think yes:
#milhouse settings for Rpi2:
agpu_mem=320
arm_freq=1000
core_freq=500
over_voltage=4
force_turbo=1
gpu_freq=400
v3d_freq=300
avoid_pwm_pll=1
force_turbo=0
hdmi_ignore_cec_init=1 [my TV can't CEC]
decode_MPG2 => yes
decode_WVC1 => yes
...pi2 works good with - now i need best settings for Type 3, please ;-)
Thanks for your assistance
Harald
i figured out that Type 10 is not equal type 10 if you understand what I mean.
There are different speeds. So it is noch Samsungs fault it is your for laking the knowledge
I will try a faster Type as well because of some minor issues.
[OT] My RPi3 booting from old 512MB SD card (normal it would boot partition),
On SSD (250GB) hard disk I have 2 partitions the first 8GB for Linux data (libreelec) partition two is for recording (rest of the SSD hard disk). This configuration works fine so far. [/OT]

Hi @
Milhouse & Popcornmix,
Since the version #0217 last TV channel does not function after the restart.
Have I overlooked something or is the new bug?
Have tested versions from #0210 to last build, and had determined that up to vesion #0216 still functions the automatic start from the last TV channel.

Can you be specific about what the good behaviour and bad behaviour is? (For someone who doesn't normally use PVR).
"last TV channel does not function after the restart" - by restart do you mean rebooting?
Are you saying you can't watch TV at all, or it just doesn't auto-start playing?
PVR & Live TV settings -> Playback -> "Continue last channel on startup"

Were you playing the channel when kodi was shutdown?

Behaviour of this feature was slightly changed. Now, it does what it says. It continues the channel that was actually playing when Kodi exited. If nothing was playing, nothing will be "continued".

Exactly, that is the point. The function is enabled and it works as prompted to build #0216. In later builds from #0217 it does not.
