An artist image has taken over my music library. Is there an easy way to remove or default these "artist images" to remove this girl?

First find where this image is located on your system. Also what version of Kodi are you using, and what is your folder structure for your music files?

Check your file structure, if you have an album with contributors then it will take the artist image from the original album. Or the root of that album if you have your music for example like this

Artist/Album Name/

And you have folder.jpg in the artist folder root.

You should be able to fix it by refreshing the artwork on the artist though.
