Two Questions:

How do you know if a Skin has native support for a specific Resolution?
Are there any true 720p skins for Kodi 17.x?

I have a separate thread on CPU and Resolution issues and curious if some of those issues went away with a true 720p skin.

Any 1080 skin can be rendered at 720 and will normally look just fine. I doubt the skin's target resolution would have a major impact on a system like that.
