This is my second brand new unit, having had the same issue with the previous, and my tv is showing a "no signal output". The command signals seem to work as the auto-detect feature from the tv notices the unit and can power the unit on/off. I cannot get any video or sound however. There are no issues with any other unit plugged in and the there is nothing wrong with the hdmi cable supplied either.
No support advice has been offered from Tonbux, so any thoughts?
