I got another problem with the new SPMC 16.5.2 on my Nvidia Shield TV and I think it has been there for quite some versions. If the video has 25fps I experience small framedrops down below 18fps which you can see when enabling debug log. CPU is fine, around 20% but still fps is low.
This does not happen with 24 of 30 fps video files! And another strange effect, if I press OK button to bring up the menu and the navigate while playback still runs the framedrops disapear for some seconds and everything runs smooth and fine
